Quick Overview (What & Why)
This guide explains how integrations work in RealEstateContent.ai and what to expect when connecting your social media and content platforms.
Integrations allow you to:
Publish and schedule content directly to your social accounts
Bring external designs (like Canva) into the platform
Connect blog and website tools (like Go High Level)
Each platform has its own connection requirements, and this guide walks you through them clearly so there are no surprises.
Before You Start (Important!)
Before connecting any integrations, make sure:
You are logged into your RealEstateContent.ai account
You have the correct login credentials for each platform
You have admin access where required (such as Facebook Pages or LinkedIn Pages)
Best Practice:
For the smoothest connection experience, we recommend being logged into the platform you’re connecting (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) in the same browser.

Each platform has its own unique and secure connection requirements, which is completely normal. Below is a clear breakdown of how each integration works and what to expect.
Social Media Integrations (Primary Integrations)
Facebook Integration
RealEstateContent.ai integrates with Facebook Pages, not personal Facebook profiles.
Requirements:
You must have admin access to the Facebook Page
Personal Facebook timelines cannot be connected
This is a Facebook limitation and is standard across all scheduling tools.
Instagram Integration
RealEstateContent.ai integrates with:
Instagram Business accounts
Instagram Creator accounts
If your account is currently personal, the connection flow will guide you through switching it.
✅ You will not lose:
Your posts
Your followers
Your handle
Your bio
Your existing content
Switching simply unlocks:

No special account type is required.

Personal LinkedIn profiles
LinkedIn Business Pages
LinkedIn Team Pages
Requirement for Pages:
You must have admin access to the Page
TikTok Integration
TikTok can be connected for scheduling and publishing videos.
You can use reels from our library or schedule your own videos once connected.
What to Expect When Connecting Social Accounts
Each platform has its own approval flow, which you’ll be guided through when you click Connect.
Best Practice (Highly Recommended):
Have your login credentials ready or
Be logged into the platform already
Use the same browser when connecting accounts
This makes the approval process quick and smooth.
Secondary Integrations
Canva Integration
RealEstateContent.ai integrates with Canva so you can:
Import Canva designs directly into your account
Design new posts in Canva without downloading or re-uploading files
You can use Canva designs:
Inside the Editor as backgrounds or visuals
For manual posts created from scratch
Both free and Pro Canva accounts are supported.
Go High Level Integration
RealEstateContent.ai integrates with Go High Level for blog publishing.
Blogs can be generated by all users
Direct publishing is currently available through Go High Level
This was the first blog integration launched due to high demand
More blog and website integrations are planned as the platform continues to grow.
Important Rule of Thumb (Applies to All Social Platforms)
RealEstateContent.ai allows one connected account per platform.
That means:
1 Instagram account
1 Facebook Page
1 LinkedIn account or Page
1 X (Twitter) account
1 TikTok account
1 Canva account
1 GoHighLevel account
This keeps posting simple, intentional, and aligned with how most agents use social media.
Good to know:
Personas control what content is generated — not where it posts.
Personas do not connect to separate social media accounts.
