Quick Overview (What & Why)
This tutorial shows you how to create a Market Report post in RealEstateContent.ai.
Market Report posts allow you to quickly share local real estate data—such as trends, activity, and market movement—in a professional, easy-to-understand format for your audience.
Important:
This feature is currently available for U.S.-based users only.
Before You Start (Important!)
Before creating a Market Report post, make sure:
You are logged into your RealEstateContent.ai account
You are generating content for a U.S. city
You plan to review the data before publishing
Good to know:
Market data is pulled from a trusted third-party data provider that services markets across the U.S.
RealEstateContent.ai pays for access to this data and formats it into social media posts for you.
Always review the data to ensure it accurately reflects your local market conditions.

You can:
Scroll and select your city from the dropdown, or
Type the city exactly as shown in the dropdown format
Example Format

Very Important:
The city name must be entered exactly in the correct format.
Avoid formats like:
“Austin, TX”

Frequently Asked Questions
What if my city isn’t available?
If your city does not appear in the dropdown, it means it is not currently available in the data provider’s database.
If this happens, try:
Niching up to a nearby larger city or metro area
Niching down to a more commonly recognized city name within your region
Availability is dependent on the third-party data provider and cannot be manually overridden.
Why is the spelling and format of my city so important?
The Market Report feature relies on exact city formatting to pull the correct data.
If the city name is:
Misspelled
Entered in a different format (e.g. commas, extra words, or abbreviations)
The system may:
Fail to find the city
Pull incorrect or no data
Always select your city directly from the dropdown when possible, or type it exactly as shown (for example: Austin-TX).
Can I customize the data itself?
The underlying market data comes directly from the third-party provider, but it can be edited within the Editor.
To access the Editor, click Edit Design on the generated market report post.
Will the market data update automatically over time?
No. Market data is pulled at the time of generation.
If market conditions change and you want updated numbers, you’ll need to:
Generate a new Market Report post
Is this feature available outside the U.S.?
Not yet. Market Report posts are currently available for U.S.-based cities only for now.
Summary
You’ve now learned how to create a Market Report post in RealEstateContent.ai. By selecting your city, property type, time frame, and platforms, you can quickly generate professional market content—while still having full control to review and customize before publishing.
