Quick Overview (What & Why)
Deleting a post is helpful if you no longer want it on your content calendar or if you’ve decided not to use that piece of content.
Please note: once a post is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
Before You Start (Important!)
Before deleting a post, make sure:
You are logged into your RealEstateContent.ai account
You know which post you want to delete
You understand that deleted posts cannot be restored
If the post is scheduled, it must be unscheduled first
Important: Always double-check before deleting a post.
How to Delete a Post
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Log into your account
Enter your email and password
Click Log In
Step 2: Open the Content Calendar
You’ll see all of your posts on the calendar
Step 3: Click into the post you want to delete
Step 4 (If the post is scheduled): Unschedule the post first
Click Unschedule Post
Confirm the action if prompted
Step 5: Click Delete
The Delete button is located in the top-right corner of the post
Step 6: Confirm the deletion
A confirmation pop-up will appear
Click Yes to delete the post
Click No if you’ve changed your mind
Important Things to Know
Scheduled posts must be unscheduled before they can be deleted
Once a post is deleted, it is permanently removed
Deleted posts cannot be recovered
Deleting a post removes it from your calendar immediately
Common Questions & Troubleshooting
Can I delete a scheduled post?
Scheduled posts must be unscheduled first before they can be deleted. Click Unschedule Post, then delete the post.
Can I delete a post after it’s been published?
If a post has already been successfully published, it can’t be deleted from inside RealEstateContent.ai. You’ll need to go directly to the social media platform where it was published (such as Instagram or Facebook) and delete the post from there.
