Before You Start (Important!)

The post is not scheduled (scheduled posts must be unscheduled before editing)
How to Edit the Caption on a Market Report Post
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open the Content Calendar
Locate the Market Report post you want to customize
Step 2: Click into the post
A pop-up will appear showing the post preview
The caption will be displayed under Caption
Step 3: Edit the caption
You can:
Click directly into the caption text, or
Click Edit Caption below the caption
From here, you can:
Edit wording
Add or remove emojis

How to Customize the Design of a Market Report Post
Step 1: Click “Edit Design”
This opens the Editor, where all design customization happens

Change the Design Template
Browse and switch between Market Report templates
Templates can be changed at any time

Add additional elements or shapes
Add or Edit Contact Information
You can add or adjust:
Name
Phone number
Email
Website
Team or brokerage name
License or DRE number
You can also multi-select elements to move multiple lines at once.
Add or Update Your Headshot
Open Branding in the Editor
Add or select your headshot
Resize or reposition it
Toggle it on or off
Add or Update Your Logo
Open Branding in the Editor
Add or select your logo
Swap between different logo versions
Resize or reposition it as needed
Saving Your Changes
When you’re happy with your customizations:
Click Save and Exit
Your changes will be saved to the Market Report post
Optional Enhancements
You can also:
Convert the Market Report carousel into a slideshow video
Duplicate the post to reuse it for future weeks or months
Adjust the design slightly to keep reports consistent but fresh
