Customize Your Market Report
One of the best parts of Market Reports is that you have full creative control over every design.
Personalize each report to match your brand, add local insights, and save your favorite designs as templates for future Market Reports.
Before You Start
Before customizing a Market Report, make sure:
You're logged into your RealEstateContent.ai account.
You've already generated a Market Report.
The post is not scheduled. If it is, unschedule it before making edits.
How to Customize Your Market Report
Step 1: Open the Content Calendar
Locate the Market Report you'd like to customize.
Step 2: Open the Post
Click the Market Report to open its preview.
From here, you can review your post and make changes to the caption.
Step 3: Edit the Caption
Click directly into the caption, or select Edit Caption.
You can:
Update the wording
Add or remove emojis
Include local commentary or market insights
Copy and paste text
Adjust the writing style to better match your voice and audience
Step 4: Click Edit Design
Click Edit Design to open your Market Report inside the Editor.
From here, you'll have complete control over the look and feel of your design.
What You Can Customize
Change Your Template
Choose a different Market Report template from:
Market Report Template Library
Saved Templates
Favorites
Custom Market Report Template folders
Good to know:
You can switch templates at any time.
Only Market Report templates will appear while editing a Market Report.
Regular AI Post and Listing Post templates won't appear here.
Edit Text & Fonts
Click any text element to customize it.
You can:
Change the wording
Select a different font
Adjust font size
Bold, italicize, or underline text
Change alignment
Move text anywhere on the page
Update Colors
Match your Market Report to your brand.
You can:
Change text colors
Apply your saved brand colors
Choose custom colors using the color picker
Enter HEX color codes
Change Background Images
Choose background images that best fit your style.
You can use images from:
The full Image Library
Favorites
Custom Image Folders
Your own uploaded images
Use:
Set as Background to update one slide.
Set All Backgrounds to update every slide at once.
You can also click Select Carousel Pack to automatically apply a coordinated collection of matching images across your carousel.
This gives every slide its own unique background without having to update them one at a time.
Edit the Layout
Move and resize elements to create your perfect design.
You can:
Reposition text and images
Resize text boxes and photos
Adjust spacing and alignment
Add new elements or shapes
Select multiple elements to move them together
Update Your Branding
Open the Branding panel inside the Editor to manage:
Headshot
Logo
Brand colors
Contact information
You can resize, reposition, swap, or remove any branding element.
Your branding can also be applied automatically to keep all of your Market Reports consistent.
Save Your Design as a Template
Love the design you created?
Click Save as New Template to save it for future Market Reports.
Your template will automatically appear inside:
Saved Templates during Market Report creation
Templates → Saved Templates while editing another Market Report
Saving templates makes it easy to reuse your favorite layouts, branding, colors, and design style while automatically updating the market data each time.
Save Your Changes
When you're happy with your edits, click Save & Exit.
Your customized Market Report will be saved.

Save your favorite Market Report as a template.
Your template will be stored in Saved Templates and will be available whenever you create or edit another Market Report.
Good to know: Saved templates are organized by post type, so your Market Report templates will only appear while working on Market Reports.
Can I use different background images on every slide?
Yes!
Click Select Carousel Pack to apply a coordinated collection of matching images.
Each slide will receive its own unique background automatically.
Can I edit a scheduled Market Report?
Yes.
To avoid changes to scheduled content, simply:
Unschedule the post.
Make your edits.
Schedule it again when you're finished.
