Quick Overview (What & Why)
AI Twin Posts help you show up as a local expert without needing to film. Each post features a branded visual (a three-image graphic) with your AI Twin as a small talking head, delivering the content in your voice and likeness. It also includes a script and caption, all built around a local news story or community topic.
You can also customize how your AI Twin delivers the content using Post Controls, including hand gestures, a hook overlay, and built-in subtitles.
The result is content that feels personal, relevant, and on-brand, without you having to record anything.
Before You Start
You'll need to set up your AI Twin before creating a post.
If it's not set up yet, no problem. When you click "Create AI Twin Post," you'll be guided to the AI Twin Settings page where you'll upload a headshot and record a quick voice sample. Once that's done, you're ready to go.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Log into your RealEstateContent.ai account.
Step 2: Click "Create AI Twin Post" just below the topic bar.
Step 3: Use the calendar to select the day you'd like to post, then choose your platforms.
Step 4: Click "Next: Choose Your Story."
Step 5: Select the article you'd like to use.
Click the article to preview it
Not seeing the right story? Scroll down and click "Add Your Own Link/URL"
You can also click "Generate More Topics" to refresh your options
Once you've made your selection, click "Next: Generate Your Script."
Step 6: Review your script.
Click "Edit" to make changes manually
Or click "Re-generate" if you want a different spin on the story
Step 7: Choose your look and customize your Post Controls.
This is where you personalize how your AI Twin appears and delivers the content.
Choose Your Look: Your default look will be pre-selected. If you have a second look set up, use the dropdown to switch to it for this post if you'd like
Post Controls: Use the toggles to apply or remove any of the following settings:
Add Hand Gestures: More expressive delivery with hand gestures
Add a Hook: Bold opening line overlaid on the video
Add Subtitles: Built-in subtitles for volume-off viewing
Your selections will appear in the look preview so you can see exactly how your post will look before generating.
Step 8: When you're ready, click "Next: Generate AI Twin Post."
We'll take it from here, building your graphic, adding your AI Twin talking head, and writing your caption.
Step 9: Review your post and schedule it when you're ready.
Important Things to Know
Your AI Twin must be set up before creating posts. If not, you'll be prompted to do that first
Be sure to make any edits to your script, before generating your post. Your spoken script cannot be adjusted after your post is generated.
You can always bring your own content using the "Add Your Own Link/URL" option
Hook, Subtitles, and Caption are three different things: The Hook is a bold text overlay at the opening of the video. Subtitles appear on screen in motion as your AI Twin speaks. The Caption is the written text that goes with your post on social media.
