Quick Overview (What & Why)
Your AI Twin is a digital version of you, built from your headshot and voice. Once it’s set up, we use it to generate local content videos that sound and feel like you, without needing to get on camera every time.
This matters because local content works. Local content that sounds like a real person works even better. Your AI Twin helps you show up consistently in your market as a recognizable and trusted expert, without the pressure of filming every day.
Before You Start
You’ll need two things:
A headshot
A clear, front-facing photo works best
Accepted formats: .JPG, .JPEG, .PNG, .WEBP
A voice sample
You’ll record a short clip directly in the app
We provide the script. Just read it naturally
You can also upload an existing audio file if you preferYour AI Twin must be created before generating AI Twin posts. Setup only takes a few minutes, and processing happens in the background.
Step-by-Step Instructions
There are two ways to create your AI Twin. Both follow the same setup steps once you reach the AI Twin Settings page.
Option 1: Create Your AI Twin While Starting a Post
Step 1: Log into your RealEstateContent.ai account
Step 2: Click "Create AI Twin Post" below the topic bar
Step 3: If your AI Twin has not been created, you will be redirected to the AI Twin Settings page
→ Continue to Steps 4 through 6 below
Option 2: Create Your AI Twin from Settings
Step 1: Log into your RealEstateContent.ai account
Step 2: Click "Settings" in the left-hand navigation
Step 3: Select "AI Twin Settings"
→ Continue to Steps 4 through 6 below
Complete Your Setup (Both Options)
Step 4: Upload your headshot
Click "Upload New"
Drag and drop an image or click "Select Image"
Accepted file types: .JPG, .JPEG, .PNG, .WEBP
Click "Upload Image" to confirm
Step 5: Record your voice sample
Click "Record My Voice" when you’re ready
A 3-second countdown will begin
Read the provided script out loud
Speak naturally at your normal pace. The goal is to capture how you actually sound, not a polished performance.
Click: "Submit Voice"
Step 6: Click "Create My Twin"
Your AI Twin will begin processing and can take up to 10 minutes to complete. You can leave the page. Processing will continue in the background.
What Happens Next
Once processing is complete, your AI Twin preview will be available in your AI Twin Settings.
From there, you can:
Review how your AI Twin looks and sounds
Save up to two different looks
Choose a default look for future posts
Replace an existing look with a new photo
Note: While you can upload up to two looks, they must both be you. Using images of different people is not supported.
Your default look will be used automatically unless you select a different one.
Managing or Updating Your AI Twin
Once your AI Twin is created, you can update your looks at any time without starting over.
Replace an Individual Look
If you simply want to swap one of your existing AI Twin photos for a new one, Replace Look is the easiest option.
Hover over the look you'd like to change
Click the three dots
Select Replace Look
Upload the new photo you'd like to use
Important: Your replacement photo must be of the same person as your existing AI Twin. Photos of a different person are not supported and may result in an identity mismatch error.
Only that look will be replaced, and your voice sample will remain intact.
Manage Your AI Twin
You’ll also find a Manage button in the top-right corner of your AI Twin Settings.
From here, you have two additional options:
Replace Default Look
Choose this option to upload a new photo specifically for your current default look. Your voice sample will remain intact.
Delete AI Twin — Start Over
If you need to completely reset your AI Twin, select Delete AI Twin.
Before anything is deleted, you’ll see a warning confirming that this action cannot be undone. You can select No, keep it to go back or Yes, delete it to continue.
Note: We recommend replacing an individual look whenever you simply want to change your AI Twin photo. Delete AI Twin should only be used when you want to remove all of your looks and completely start over.
If you’d also like to start over with your voice, your existing voice sample can be deleted separately and re-recorded.
Important Things to Know
Your AI Twin must be created before generating AI Twin posts
You can have up to two looks and switch your default at any time
To change a photo, use Replace Look rather than deleting your AI Twin
Replacement photos must be of the same person as your existing AI Twin
Deleting your AI Twin removes all looks, but keeps your voice sample
Your voice sample can be deleted and re-recorded separately at any time
Better inputs lead to better results. A clear headshot and natural voice recording will produce the most realistic output
Processing your AI Twin preview can take up to 10 minutes and runs in the background
