Quick Overview (What & Why)
Once you’ve generated a Listing Video, you can take it one step further by adding your AI Twin directly to the video.
You’ll have two options:
AI Avatar: Your AI Twin appears on screen and delivers a script created for your listing.
Voice Only: Your AI voice narrates your Listing Video without an avatar appearing on screen.
In both cases, RealEstateContent.ai can automatically generate a script that matches your listing post. You can review, edit, preview, and adjust pronunciations before generating your final video.
Before You Start (Important!)
Before adding your AI Twin to a Listing Post, make sure:
You have already created your AI Twin
You have generated a Listing Video
Your Listing Video has finished generating and is available from your Content Calendar
Good to know: Your AI Twin or voice-over is added after your Listing Video has been generated.
How to Add Your AI Twin to a Listing Video
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open your generated Listing Video
From your Content Calendar, click the Listing Video you’d like to customize
This will open your Post Preview
Step 2: Click Generate AI Twin
Open the More Features panel from your Post Preview
Select Generate AI Twin
Step 3: Choose how your post should sound
You’ll have two options:
Select AI Avatar to have your AI Twin appear on screen
Select Voice Only to add your AI voice without an avatar
If you choose AI Avatar, continue with the steps below.
Step 4: Generate your script
Under Video Script, click Generate
RealEstateContent.ai will create a script that matches your listing post
Review your generated script before continuing
Once generated, you can:
Edit the script yourself
Regenerate the script if you’d like a different version
Click Hear Script to preview how it will sound
Adjust the pronunciation of individual words
Step 5: Choose your AI Twin look
Under Choose Your Avatar, select the AI Twin look you’d like to use
If you have two AI Twin looks available, you can choose between Look 1 and Look 2
Step 6: Choose whether to use hand gestures
Use the Add Hand Gestures toggle to choose whether your AI Twin will incorporate hand gestures while delivering your script.
Step 7: Generate your AI Twin
Once you’re happy with your script and settings, click Generate AI Twin.
Your AI Twin Listing Video will begin generating and will be added to your post once complete.
Important: Your script cannot be adjusted once you generate your AI Twin. Be sure to review your script, preview how it sounds, and make any pronunciation changes before clicking Generate AI Twin.
How to Use Voice Only on a Listing Video
Don't want your AI Twin to appear on screen? You can use Voice Only instead.
After clicking Generate AI Twin from the More Features panel:
Step 1: Select Voice Only
Step 2: Click Generate under Video Script
RealEstateContent.ai will automatically create a script that matches your listing post.
Step 3: Review your script
Just like with your AI Avatar, you can:
Edit your generated script
Regenerate it for another version
Click Hear Script to preview it
Adjust the pronunciation of individual words
Step 4: Click Generate Voice-Over
Once you're happy with your script, click Generate Voice-Over.
Your AI voice will narrate the Listing Video without your avatar appearing on screen.
Good to know: Because you're using Voice Only, you won't need to select an AI Twin look or adjust hand gesture settings.
Preview Your Script Before Generating
Before generating your AI Twin or voice-over, we recommend listening to your script.
Click Hear Script to hear exactly how your AI voice will deliver it.
This is especially helpful for checking the pronunciation of:
Street names
Community and neighbourhood names
Cities and locations
Names
Real estate terminology
If something doesn't sound quite right, you can adjust it before generating your final video.
How to Adjust a Word's Pronunciation
If your AI Twin isn't pronouncing a word the way you'd like:
Find the word within your script
Highlight the word
Click Add Pronunciation
Add the preferred pronunciation
Use Hear Script to preview it again
💡 Pro Tip: Always use Hear Script before generating your final video. It's a quick way to catch tricky property, street, neighbourhood, or community names before your AI Twin video is created.

Best Practice
Generate your Listing Video first and make sure you're happy with the property video before adding your AI Twin.
When preparing your script, use Hear Script to listen to the full delivery and pay particular attention to property addresses and location-specific words.
Once everything sounds the way you want, generate your AI Twin or voice-over.
Common Questions & Troubleshooting
Can I add my AI Twin to a Listing Post?
Yes! Once you've generated a Listing Video, you can add your AI Twin from More Features → Generate AI Twin in the Post Preview.
Where else can I use my AI Twin?
Right now, there are two ways to create content with your AI Twin in RealEstateContent.ai:
Create an AI Twin Post: Use the dedicated Create AI Twin Post feature to create a standalone AI Twin video. You can start with one of your Suggested Stories or choose to write your own script.
Add your AI Twin to a Listing Post: Once you've generated a Listing Video, you can add your AI Avatar or use Voice Only to narrate the video.

Do I have to show my AI Twin on screen?
Now, for Listing Posts specifically, you can select Voice Only if you’d like your AI voice to narrate your Listing Video without your avatar appearing on screen.

Yes! Click Hear Script to preview how your AI voice will deliver the script.
What if my AI Twin pronounces a street or community name incorrectly?
When reviewing your script, highlight the word in your script and click Add Pronunciation to customize how it should be pronounced.
Can I edit my script after generating my AI Twin?
No. Once your AI Twin has been generated, the script cannot be adjusted. Make sure you're happy with your script and pronunciation before generating.
Can I choose which AI Twin look appears in my Listing Video?
Yes. If you have multiple AI Twin looks available, choose your preferred look before generating.
