Quick Overview (What & Why)
The Create Property Listing feature makes it easy to transform your property listings into beautiful, branded social media content in just a few clicks.
Once you connect your public listing profile (such as Zillow, Realtor.com®, or Realtor.ca), we'll automatically import your listings for you. Your imported listings remain available until you choose to remove them, making it easy to create future posts without repeatedly pasting listing URLs.
Added a new listing? Simply click Refresh Listings at any time to import any newly published properties from your profile.
Don't have a connected listing profile? No problem. You can also import individual listings by pasting a public listing URL whenever you need.
Before You Start
Before creating your Property Listing post, make sure:
You're logged into your RealEstateContent.ai account.
Your property is publicly available on Zillow, Realtor.com®, Realtor.ca, or another public listing website.
Good to Know
Listing URLs are used only to import your property details and photos.
Your finished social media posts do not link back to or promote the original listing website.
Creating Your Property Listing Post
Step 1: Open the Property Listing Feature
From your Content Calendar, click Create Property Listing.
Step 2: Choose Your Listing
If you've previously imported listings, you'll see them displayed here.
Simply select the listing you'd like to create content for, then click Continue.
Don't see your listing?
You have two options:
Find My Listings
We'll search your public Zillow, Realtor.com®, or Realtor.ca profile and automatically import your available listings.
Whenever you publish a new listing, simply click Refresh Listings to import your latest properties.
Add Listing Manually
If you'd rather import a single property, click Add Listing Manually and paste the property's public listing URL.
Helpful Tip
Click Show More on any listing to preview additional information, including:
Property description
Price
Bedrooms
Bathrooms
Square footage
Additional listing details
Step 3: Review Your Listing Assets
Review the imported property photos and choose up to 9 images to include in your listing content.
Next, select your Listing Type, such as:
Just Listed
For Sale
Open House
Price Improvement
Coming Soon
Just Sold
For Rent
Pro Tip
As you select your photos, number them in the order you'd like them to appear.
Image 1 becomes your cover image.
Image 2 becomes your second slide.
Continue numbering until you've selected all of your desired photos.
Once you're happy with your selections, click Continue.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why isn't "Find My Listings" finding my listings?
If Find My Listings isn't returning any results, first confirm that you've added your public listing profile to your account.
To add it:
Navigate to Settings → Advanced Settings.
Scroll to Public Social Links.
Add your public Zillow, Realtor.com®, or Realtor.ca profile.
Return to Create Property Listing Post and click Find My Listings again.
Once your profile has been added, we'll import any available public listings.
Can I use my personal or brokerage website instead of Zillow or Realtor?
Yes.
If you're importing a single listing, you can use Add Listing Manually and paste a public listing URL from your personal or brokerage website.
As long as the page is publicly accessible (not password protected), it may import successfully.
For automatic imports using Find My Listings, we currently recommend using your Zillow, Realtor.com®, or Realtor.ca profile.
At this time, automatic imports do not search personal or brokerage websites.
Can I edit my Listing Walkthrough Video after it has been generated?
Currently, Listing Walkthrough Videos support limited editing.
After generation, you can:
Edit the post caption
Select a different music track by clicking Music from the post preview
Editing the video itself—including layouts, text, images, animations, and other design elements—isn't available just yet, but it's something we're actively working on and look forward to bringing to the platform soon.
How is my branding applied to Listing Walkthrough Videos?
Listing Walkthrough Videos automatically use the branding from your default Persona, including your:
Contact information
Logo
Headshot
To update your branding, visit Brand Dashboard → Brand Settings before generating your video. Any changes you make there will automatically be applied to newly generated Listing Walkthrough Videos.
Good to Know: Listing Walkthrough Videos can't currently be edited after generation. If you'd like to update your branding, make your changes in Brand Settings and then regenerate your video.
