For the best results, we recommend uploading images with a 4:5 aspect ratio. This will ensure your images look great without any unwanted cropping when you upload them and publish them to your socials.
Can I favorite images I want to reuse?
Yes! You can favorite any image—whether it’s one you’ve uploaded or one from our image library. To favorite an image, click the heart icon in the top-left corner of the image. All favorited images—whether uploaded or from our library—will be automatically grouped into your Favorites folder, so they’re easy to find later.
Can I upload and organize my own images?
Yes! You can upload your own images and organize them into custom folders for easy access and cleaner content management.
To Upload Your Own Images:
Select Uploads from the left navigation bar.
Click Upload Files to select your image(s).
Click Crop to adjust the image (optional).
Click Upload to finish.
Pro Tip: You can bulk upload up to 9 images at once.

To Organize Images:
Drag and drop images into existing folders, or
Click the three dots on an image → Add to Folder → select your folder.
To Create a New Folder:
Click New Folder.
Click the three dots on the new folder → Settings.
Name your folder and assign a custom color (optional).
This setup makes it easy to group images, stay organized, and create content faster.
Can I upload my own videos to post to my socials?
Yes! You can upload your own videos and schedule them to post automatically to your socials.
To Upload Your Own Videos:
Click More Options on the day you’d like your video to publish.
Select Upload Your Own Content from the dropdown.
A blank manual post will open—click Upload Own Media to upload your video.
Add your caption and click Save.
Pro Tip: Need help with your caption? Just type a few lines describing your video or message, then click Enhance Your Caption—AI will help polish it.
Once ready, click Schedule and Approve to schedule your post.
What length of video can I upload to post to my socials?
The length of videos you can upload depends on the social media platform you’re posting to, as each one has its own specific requirements.
Here’s a quick breakdown per social media platform:
Twitter/X: Up to 2 minutes and 20 seconds (140 seconds)
