This tutorial shows you how to upload and schedule your own videos or reels in RealEstateContent.ai.
While the platform includes aesthetic b-roll videos inside the Editor, as well as the ability to turn any carousel into a slideshow video, you can also upload your own pre-recorded videos if video content is already part of your workflow.
You can:
Replace an AI-generated post with your own video
Schedule your own video from scratch
Before You Start (Important!)
Before uploading your own video, make sure:
You are logged into your RealEstateContent.ai account
Your video is fully edited and ready to publish
Your video is saved on your device
Good to know:
Videos cannot be edited inside RealEstateContent.ai yet. Upload videos that don’t require further editing.
Option 1: Upload Your Own Video to Replace an AI-Generated Post
This option is perfect if:
You like the AI-generated caption
You want to swap the AI-generated design (carousel, b-roll video, or static image)
You already have a video that pairs well with the caption
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open the Content Calendar
Step 2: Click into the generated post you want to update
Step 3: Upload your video
Click the three dots (… ) next to the Edit Design button
Select Upload Media
Step 4: Choose your video
Upload a video saved on your device
The uploaded video will replace the AI-generated media
Your AI-generated caption stays intact, but the media is now your own video.
Important:
This process bypasses the Editor entirely.
Option 2: Schedule Your Own Video From Scratch
This option is great if:
You want to use RealEstateContent.ai as a scheduler
You’re posting original video content
You want to publish across multiple platforms easily
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open the Content Calendar
Step 2: Click the day you want to post
Click More Options
Step 3: Create a blank post
A blank post will appear for manual content
Step 4: Upload your video
Click the three dots (… ) next to Edit Design
Select Upload Media
Upload your video from your device
Step 5: Add a caption
Write your caption manually, or
Click Enhance the caption to have AI help polish it
Step 6: Choose your platforms
Select the platforms you want to publish to in the top-left corner
Step 7: Approve and schedule
Review your post
Click Approve and Schedule
Important Things to Keep in Mind
You cannot upload videos into the Editor yet
You cannot edit videos inside RealEstateContent.ai
Upload videos that are final and ready to publish
