Quick Overview (What & Why)
This tutorial shows you how to upload your own images into RealEstateContent.ai so you can use them when editing your posts.
Once uploaded, your images can be used:
As backgrounds
As stickers or design elements
Across multiple posts in the future
There are two ways to upload your own images:
Through the Uploads tab
Directly inside the Editor
Before You Start (Important!)
Before uploading images, make sure:
You are logged into your RealEstateContent.ai account
Your files are images only (not videos)
Images are saved on your device
Good to know:
Images uploaded once are stored for future use.
Option 1: Upload Images Using the Uploads Tab
This option is great if you want to upload images ahead of time to use later.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Click Uploads on the left-hand navigation bar
Step 2: Scroll down to the Images section
Step 3: Click Upload Images
Step 4: Upload your images
A pop-up window will appear where you can:
Click Upload Images to select files, or
Drag and drop images into the window
Optional: Select a folder to also add the image to for easier organization.
Upload Rules
Images only (no videos)
Up to 9 images at a time
Step 5: Crop your images (optional)
Click Crop to adjust the image view if needed
Step 6: Click Upload
Your images will now be saved in your Uploads library.
Where These Images Appear
In the Uploads tab on the left-hand navigation
Inside the Editor, under the Uploads folder
In any custom folder you selected during upload
You can use these images anytime when editing designs.
Option 2: Upload Images Directly Inside the Editor
This option is ideal if you’re already editing a post.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open the Content Calendar
Step 2: Click into a generated post
Step 3: Click Edit Design to open the Editor
Step 4: In the Editor, click Images on the left-hand navigation bar
Step 5: Click Upload Images
Step 6: Upload your images
You can:
Click Upload Images, or
Drag and drop images into the pop-up window
Optional: Select a folder to also add the image to for easier organization.

Click Crop to adjust
Step 8: Click Upload
What Happens Next
Uploaded images are saved to your My Uploads folder
They remain available for future posts
You can use them as:
Backgrounds
Stickers
Design elements
Important Things to Know
Videos cannot be uploaded through image uploads
Uploaded images are reusable
You only need to upload an image once
If an image is removed from your Uploads folder, it will also be automatically removed from any custom folder(s) it was added to
