This tutorial shows you how to upload your logo in RealEstateContent.ai. Uploading a logo allows it to be automatically added to your generated social media designs, helping reinforce your brand and keep your content looking polished and consistent.
Before You Start (Important!)
Before uploading your logo, make sure:
You are logged into your RealEstateContent.ai account
Your logo image is saved on your computer or device
Your logo is clear and not blurry
A transparent background is highly recommended (but not required — you can remove the background during upload)
Option 1: Uploading Your Logo from Persona & Brand Settings
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Log into your account
Go to www.realestatecontent.ai
Enter your email and password
Click Log In
Step 2: Open Persona & Brand
From the left-hand navigation menu, click Persona & Brand
Step 3: Scroll to Brand Settings
Scroll down until you see the Brand Settings section
Step 4: Edit your logo
Find the section labeled Logo
Click Edit next to “Add a logo to your post(s)”
Step 5: Upload a new logo
Click Upload New
Step 6: Add your image
Click Upload Image, or
Drag and drop your logo into the pop-up window
Make sure the image is saved on your device before uploading
Helpful Tips:
Transparent background logos look best on RealEstateContent.ai templates
Avoid blurry or low-quality images
If your logo does not have a transparent background, you can remove it in the next step
Step 7: Crop your logo
Adjust the crop as needed
Click Crop
Step 8: Remove the background (optional but HIGHLY recommended)
Click Remove Background if needed
Allow a few minutes for the background removal to process
Transparent backgrounds work best with Magic Templates
Step 9: Upload the logo
Click Upload
Step 10: Save your changes
Click Save to store your logo in your library
Step 11: Turn your logo on
Toggle Logo ON if you want it automatically added to your generated posts
Step 12: Upload additional logos (optional)
You can upload multiple logos by repeating the steps above
Whichever logo is selected in your library will be used in your designs
You can switch between logos anytime
How to Delete a Logo
Hover over the logo you want to remove
Click the three dots (… ) in the top-right corner
Click Delete Image
How to Make Sure Your Logo Appears in Generated Posts
Step 1: Open the Content Calendar
Step 2: Type in a topic and click Generate
Step 3: On the right-hand panel, scroll to Advanced Settings
Step 4: Make sure Logo is toggled ON before generating
Option 2: Uploading a Logo from the Editor (While Editing a Post)
You can also upload a logo while editing a design.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open the Content Calendar
Step 2: Click into a generated post
Step 3: Click Edit Design to open the Editor
Step 4: From the left-hand menu, scroll to Branding
Step 5: Scroll down to Logos
Step 6: Click Upload New
Step 7: Upload your image
Click Upload Image, or drag and drop your file
Make sure the image is saved on your device
Step 8: Crop your image and click Crop
Step 9: Remove the background (optional but highly encouraged)
Click Remove Background
Allow a few minutes for processing
Step 10: Click Upload
Step 11: Click Save
Step 12: Toggle Logo ON to add it to your design
Step 13: Select the logo you want to use
If you have multiple logos, click the one you want applied
The selected logo will appear in your design automatically
Common Questions & Troubleshooting
I don’t see my logo in my post. Why?
Make sure the Logo toggle is turned ON in Advanced Settings when generating or editing your post.
Can I upload more than one logo?
Yes. You can upload multiple logos and switch between them anytime.
How long does background removal take?
Background removal may take a few minutes. Please wait for it to finish before clicking Upload.
