This tutorial shows you how to upload your headshot in RealEstateContent.ai. Uploading a headshot allows your photo to be automatically added to your generated social media designs, helping you build brand recognition and look more professional across your posts.
Before You Start (Important!)
Before uploading your headshot, make sure:
You are logged into your RealEstateContent.ai account
Your headshot image is saved on your computer or device
Your photo is clear and not blurry
A transparent background is recommended (but not required — you can remove the background during upload)
Option 1: Uploading Your Headshot from Persona & Brand Settings
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Log into your account
Go to www.realestatecontent.ai
Enter your email and password
Click Log In
Step 2: Open Persona & Brand
From the left-hand navigation menu, click Persona & Brand
Step 3: Scroll to Brand Settings
Scroll down until you see the Brand Settings section
Step 4: Edit your headshot
Find the section labeled Headshot
Click Edit next to “Add a headshot to your post(s)”
Step 5: Upload a new headshot
Click Upload New
Step 6: Add your image
Click Upload Image, or
Drag and drop your headshot into the pop-up window
Make sure the image is saved on your device before uploading
Helpful Tips:
Transparent background headshots look best on RealEstateContent.ai templates
Avoid blurry or low-quality photos
If your image does not have a transparent background, you can remove it in the next step
Step 7: Crop your photo
Adjust the crop as needed
Click Crop
Step 8: Remove the background (optional but HIGHLY recommended)
Click Remove Background if needed
Allow a few minutes for the background removal to process
Transparent backgrounds work best with Magic Templates
Step 9: Upload the headshot
Click Upload
Step 10: Save your changes
Click Save to store your headshot in your library
Step 11: Turn your headshot on
Toggle Headshot ON if you want it automatically added to your generated posts
Step 12: Upload additional headshots (optional)
You can upload multiple headshots by repeating the steps above
Whichever headshot is selected in your library will be used in your designs
You can switch between headshots anytime
How to Delete a Headshot
Hover over the headshot you want to remove
Click the three dots (… ) in the top-right corner
Click Delete Image
How to Make Sure Your Headshot Appears in Generated Posts
Step 1: Open the Content Calendar
Step 2: Type in a topic and click Generate
Step 3: On the right-hand panel, scroll to Advanced Settings
Step 4: Make sure Headshot is toggled ON before generating
Option 2: Uploading a Headshot from the Editor (While Editing a Post)
You can also upload a headshot while editing a design.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open the Content Calendar
Step 2: Click into a generated post
Step 3: Click Edit Design to open the Editor
Step 4: From the left-hand menu, scroll to Branding
Step 5: Scroll down to Headshots
Step 6: Click Upload New
Step 7: Upload your image
Click Upload Image, or drag and drop your file
Make sure the image is saved on your device
Step 8: Crop your image and click Crop
Step 9: Remove the background (optional but highly encouraged)
Click Remove Background
Allow a few minutes for processing
Step 10: Click Upload
Step 11: Click Save
Step 12: Toggle Headshot ON to add it to your design
Step 13: Select the headshot you want to use
If you have multiple headshots, click the one you want applied
The selected headshot will appear in your design automatically
Common Questions & Troubleshooting
I don’t see my headshot in my post. Why?
Make sure the Headshot toggle is turned ON in Advanced Settings when generating or editing your post.
Can I upload more than one headshot?
Yes. You can upload multiple headshots and switch between them anytime.
How long does background removal take?
Background removal may take a few minutes. Please wait for it to finish before clicking Upload.
