If you’ve already created and saved templates you love, you can instruct the AI to only use those designs when generating new content—giving you complete control over layout, branding, and visual consistency.
Before You Start (Important!)
Before generating content using saved templates, make sure:
You are logged into your RealEstateContent.ai account
You have already created and saved templates inside the Editor
You have more than one saved template if you want visual variety
Important: The more saved templates you have, the more variety you’ll see in your generated content.
How Saved Templates Work
Saved Templates are designs you’ve intentionally created and saved
When enabled, the AI will only use those templates
This ensures your content always matches your preferred layouts and style
This is ideal if you want a very consistent, recognizable look across all posts.
How to Set the AI to Use Only Your Saved Templates
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Log into your account
Enter your email and password
Click Log In
Step 2: Open the Content Calendar
Step 3: Start generating content
Click into the top bar that says “What would you like your content to focus on this week?”
Type in a topic, or choose from Suggested Topics
Click Generate
Step 4: Review the generation options
You’ll see options to choose:
Days of the month
Post type
Platforms
Step 5: Open Advanced Settings
Scroll down and click the arrow to expand Advanced Settings
Step 6: Turn on Saved Templates
Find Use Saved Templates
Toggle it ON
Step 7: Generate your content
The AI will now use only your saved template designs
Important Things to Know
Once Use Saved Templates is turned ON, this setting is saved automatically
You do not need to re-enable it every time
Advanced Settings apply to future generations only
Note: Settings do not apply retroactively. Posts generated before this setting was turned on will not be updated automatically.

Save multiple templates if you want variety
Refresh or add new templates occasionally

Common Questions & Troubleshooting
Why do all my posts look the same?
You may only have one saved template. Add more templates to increase variety.
Do I need to set this every time I generate content?
No. RealEstateContent.ai remembers your last saved Advanced Settings.
Will this change posts I already generated?
No. This only applies to posts generated after the setting is enabled.
