Quick Overview (What & Why)

This tutorial shows you how to upload your brand colors in RealEstateContent.ai. Adding your brand colors allows the platform to automatically style your generated posts so they match your brand, while still keeping designs clean, readable, and professional.

Before You Start (Important!)

Before uploading your brand colors, make sure:

  • You are logged into your RealEstateContent.ai account

  • You know your brand color hex codes (for example: #1F3A8A), or

  • You plan to choose from one of the preset color palettes

  • You understand that all colors can still be edited after a post is generated

Important: Avoid choosing white, black, or very light/dark colors. These are already built into the templates for text and contrast. Your brand colors should be used as accent colors.

Uploading Your Brand Colors from Persona & Brand Settings

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Log into your account

Step 2: Open Persona & Brand

  • From the left-hand navigation menu, click Persona & Brand

Step 3: Scroll to Brand Settings

  • Scroll down until you see the Brand Settings section

Step 4: Edit your colors

  • Find the section labeled Colors

  • Click Edit next to “Apply colors”

Step 5: Choose your brand colors

You have two options:

Option A: Enter your brand color hex codes

  • Enter your first brand color in Color 1

  • Enter your second brand color in Color 2

Option B: Use a preset color palette

  • Choose one of the preset color palettes shown on the right-hand side

  • These are designed to work well with RealEstateContent.ai templates

Important Tips:

  • Avoid selecting white, black, or similar colors that are too light or too dark

  • These colors are already used for fonts and contrast in templates

  • Choose two brand accent colors instead

  • Remember: every generated post can still be edited later, including colors

Step 6: Save your colors

  • Click Save to store your brand color palette

Step 7: Turn your colors on

  • Toggle Colors ON so they are applied to your generated posts

How to Make Sure Your Colors Apply to Generated Posts

Step 1: Open the Content Calendar

Step 2: Type in a topic and click Generate

Step 3: On the right-hand panel, scroll to Advanced Settings

Step 4: Make sure Colors are toggled ON before generating

Common Questions & Troubleshooting

My colors don’t look right — did I do something wrong?

Not at all. Templates are designed to balance readability and branding. You can always adjust colors manually after generation if you want a different look.

Do I need to get the colors perfect right away?

No. Your brand colors act as a starting point. You can edit any post after it’s generated.

Why can’t I use white or black as brand colors?

White and black are already built into the templates for text and contrast. Using them as brand colors can cause readability issues.

Summary

You’ve now successfully uploaded your brand colors in RealEstateContent.ai. When the Colors toggle is turned on, your brand accent colors will automatically be applied to your generated designs.
