Quick Overview (What & Why)
Downloading your media allows you to repurpose it however you’d like—whether that’s posting it manually, sharing it with a client, saving it for later, or using it on another platform.
Your generated media is entirely yours to use.
Before You Start (Important!)
Before downloading your media, make sure:
You are logged into your RealEstateContent.ai account
You are viewing the Content Calendar
You have a generated post (carousel or reel) to download
Good to know: You must have generated media in order to download it.
How to Download a Carousel or Reel
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Log into your account
Enter your email and password
Click Log In
Step 2: Open the Content Calendar
Step 3: Click into the post you want to download
The post must contain media to download (generated carousel, reel, image or slideshow, etc)
Step 4: Download the media
Click the three dots (… ) next to the Edit Design button
Select Download Media
Step 5: Access your download
The media will download directly to your device
You can now use it however you’d like
Important Things to Know
Downloading media does not affect your post
You can download media before or after editing
Downloaded files can be reused, shared, or posted manually
Common Questions & Troubleshooting
Where does the downloaded file go?
It will download to your device’s default downloads folder unless you’ve changed your browser settings.
Can I download media more than once?
Yes. You can download the same media as many times as you’d like.
Does downloading publish the post?
No. Downloading media does not publish anything.
