Before copying a caption, make sure:
You are logged into your RealEstateContent.ai account
You are viewing the Content Calendar
You have a post with a generated caption
Good to know: You must have a generated caption in order to copy it.
How to Copy Your Caption
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Log into your account
Enter your email and password
Click Log In
Step 2: Open the Content Calendar
Step 3: Click into the post
Select the generated post you want to copy the caption from
Step 4: Copy the caption
In the top-right corner of the caption, click Copy Caption
The caption will automatically copy to your device.
Step 5: Paste your caption
Paste it anywhere you’d like

On a social media platform
In notes, documents, or elsewhere
Important Things to Know
You can copy captions at any time
Captions can be reused, edited, or repurposed however you want
Copying a caption does not affect the original post

Why don’t I see the “Copy Caption” button?
Make sure the post has a generated caption and that you’ve clicked into the post.
Can I edit the caption after copying it?
Yes. Once copied, you can edit the caption anywhere you paste it.
Does copying the caption change my post?
No. It simply copies the text to your device.
