Quick Overview (What & Why)

Adjusting text size helps improve readability, balance your design, and emphasize important information.

Before You Start (Important!)

Before changing text size, make sure:

  • You are logged into your RealEstateContent.ai account

  • You have already generated content in your Content Calendar

  • The post you want to edit is not scheduled

Good to know: Scheduled posts are locked. Unschedule the post first if you need to make edits.

How to Change the Text Size

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the Content Calendar

  • Find the post you want to edit

Step 2: Click into the post

  • Select the piece of content you want to update

Step 3: Click Edit Design

  • This opens the Editor

Step 4: Locate the text you want to resize

  • Scroll through the design to find the slide copy

Step 5: Double-click the text

  • A text box will open

  • A formatting toolbar will appear above the text

Making Text Bigger or Smaller

With the formatting toolbar visible:

  • Find the Font Size option

  • Increase the size to make the text bigger

  • Decrease the size to make the text smaller

You can:

  • Adjust text size for one specific text box, or

  • Apply the change across all slides (see below)

You can also:

  • Click and drag the text box to reposition it after resizing

Applying Text Size Changes to One Slide Only

If you only want to change the text size on a single slide:

Step 1: Click into the slide you want to edit

Step 2: Double-click the text

Step 3: Adjust the font size using the toolbar

Only the selected text on that slide will be updated.

Applying Text Size Changes to All Slides (Master Slide)

If you want the text size to apply across all slides:

Step 1: Click into the first slide of the design

  • This acts as the master slide

Step 2: Make sure the LINK feature is turned ON

  • Linking connects all slides together

Step 3: Double-click the text on the first slide

Step 4: Adjust the font size using the toolbar

The text size change will now apply across all linked slides.

Saving Your Changes

Step 5: When you’re happy with your edits

  • Click Save and Exit

  • This saves your changes and exits the Editor

Common Questions & Troubleshooting

Why did the text size only change on one slide?

If the LINK feature was turned off, the change only applied to the selected slide.

Why can’t I change the text size?

If the post is scheduled, it must be unscheduled before edits can be made.

Can I still tweak individual slides afterward?

Yes. You can turn LINK off and adjust text size slide by slide if needed.

Summary

You’ve now successfully adjusted the text size in your post using RealEstateContent.ai. You can make text bigger or smaller on one slide or across all slides for a consistent look.
