Quick Overview (What & Why)
Editing slide copy allows you to personalize wording, adjust tone, or make quick tweaks so the content sounds exactly like you.
Before You Start (Important!)
Before editing slide copy, make sure:
You are logged into your RealEstateContent.ai account
You have already generated content in your Content Calendar
The post you want to edit is not scheduled
Good to know: Scheduled posts are locked. Unschedule the post first if you need to make edits.
How to Edit Slide Copy
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open the Content Calendar
Find the post you want to edit
Step 2: Click into the post
Select the piece of content you want to update
Step 3: Click Edit Design
This opens the Editor
Step 4: Locate the text you want to edit
Scroll through the design to find the slide copy
Step 5: Double-click the text
A text box will open
You can now type and edit directly inside the text box
Formatting Your Text
When the text box is selected, a formatting toolbar will appear above the text.
From here, you can:
Change the font type
Adjust the font size
Apply bold, italic, or underline
Change text alignment
Change text color
Make other formatting adjustments
You can also:
Click and drag the text box to reposition it anywhere on the slide
Saving Your Changes
Step 6: When you’re happy with your edits
Click Save and Exit
This saves your changes and exits the Editor
Common Questions & Troubleshooting
Why can’t I edit the text?
If the post is scheduled, it must be unscheduled before edits can be made.
Can I change text on just one slide?
Yes. Only the selected text box on the current slide will be edited.
Can I undo changes?
You can continue editing until you click Save and Exit. Once saved, changes are applied.
