Quick Overview (What & Why)

While each color palette uses two colors at a time, you can create multiple color palettes inside the editor and apply them to your posts whenever you want.

This gives you flexibility while keeping your designs clean and readable.

Before You Start (Important!)

Before adding additional brand colors, make sure:

  • You are logged into your RealEstateContent.ai account

  • You know your brand color hex codes, or plan to use the color picker

  • You understand that main color palettes are saved in sets of two colors

Important: Avoid using black or white in your saved palettes. These colors are already built into the templates for contrast and readability.

Adding Additional Brand Color Palettes from Inside the Editor

This option is helpful when you’re already editing a post and want to test or add colors on the fly.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the Content Calendar

  • Click into a piece of generated content

Step 2: Click Edit Design

  • This opens the Editor

Step 3: Open Color Palettes

  • In the top navigation bar, click Color Palettes

Step 4: Browse or create new palettes

  • Scroll through preset palettes

  • View your saved brand color palettes

  • Add a new palette using hex codes or the color picker

Step 5: Save your palette

  • Click Save to add it to your palette list for future use

Changing Colors on Individual Design Elements

You can also adjust colors directly within a design.

How to change a specific element’s color:

  • Double-click the text box or shape

  • Open the color selector

  • Choose a color using the color wheel or enter a hex code

This allows you to fine-tune individual posts and/or slides without changing your saved palettes.

Saving Your Changes

When you’re finished editing:

  • Click Save and Exit

  • Your changes will be saved and applied to the post

Common Questions & Troubleshooting

Why can I only add two colors at a time?

Design templates are optimized around two accent colors for clarity and readability. Multiple palettes give you flexibility without clutter.

Can I switch palettes later?

Yes. You can switch between saved palettes anytime from Persona & Brand or the Editor.

Will adding new palettes change existing posts?

No. New palettes only apply when selected and used for future edits or generations.

Summary

You’ve now learned how to add and manage multiple brand color palettes in RealEstateContent.ai. You can create as many palettes as you want and switch between them to match your content, season, or campaign.
