This tutorial shows you how to customize your property listing posts after they’ve been generated in RealEstateContent.ai.
Once your listing post is created, you are not locked into the design or caption. You can:
Edit the caption
Change the design template
Adjust fonts, colors, and font sizes
Add or move your contact information
Add your headshot and logo
This allows you to fully tailor each listing post to match your branding and preferences.
Before You Start (Important!)
Before customizing a listing post, make sure:
You are logged into your RealEstateContent.ai account
You have already created a property listing post
The post is not scheduled (scheduled posts must be unscheduled before editing)
Note: Even if your contact information, logo, and headshot are uploaded and toggled on, they won’t automatically apply to listing posts (quite yet) the way they do for AI-generated posts.
How to Edit the Caption on a Listing Post
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open the Content Calendar
Locate the listing post you want to customize
Step 2: Click into the listing post
A pop-up will appear showing the post preview
The caption will be displayed under Caption
Step 3: Edit the caption
You can:
Click directly into the caption text, or
Click Edit Caption below the caption
From here, you can:
Edit wording
Add or remove emojis
Copy and paste text
Adjust calls to action
Optional: Regenerate the Caption
Click Regenerate this caption to:
Make it shorter
Make it more personal
Make it less personal
Use Ask AI to do something special to give custom instructions
Tip:
If you plan to make major caption changes, do this before editing the design to save time.
How to Customize the Design of a Listing Post
Step 1: Click “Edit Design”
This opens the Editor
What You Can Customize in the Editor
Change the Design Template
Browse and select a different listing template
Templates can be swapped at any time
Edit Fonts and Font Sizes
Click on any text element
Use the top toolbar to:
Change font style
Adjust font size
Bold, italicize, or underline text
Adjust alignment
Adjust Colors
Update background colors
Change text colors
Apply your brand colors
Use your saved color palettes
Edit Layout and Spacing
Move text and elements by clicking and dragging
Resize text boxes
Align elements visually
Add or Edit Contact Information
You can add or adjust:
Name
Phone number
Email
Website
Team or Brokerage
License or DRE number
You can also multi-select elements to move multiple lines at once.
Add or Update Your Headshot
Open Branding in the Editor
Add or select a headshot
Toggle it on or off
Move or resize it as needed
Add or Update Your Logo
Open Branding in the Editor
Add or select your logo
Resize or reposition it
Swap between different logo versions
Saving Your Changes
When you’re happy with your customizations:
Click Save and Exit
Your changes will be saved to the listing post

Convert the listing carousel into a slideshow video
Duplicate the listing post for:
Open Houses
Price Improvements
Just Sold announcements

Am I locked into the original design?
No. Everything can be edited or replaced.
Can I customize listing posts differently for each platform?
Yes. Each generated post can be customized individually.
Can I add my branding after the post is created?
Yes. Headshots, logos, and contact info can be added at any time.
