This tutorial shows you how to set your writing style preference in RealEstateContent.ai. You can choose between Standard, Bullet Point, or Long Form writing styles for their generated captions.

All writing styles are automatically optimized for each social media platform, including factors like SEO, keywords, platform-specific formatting, and character length. Your selected writing style simply guides how the caption is structured, giving you more control over how your content reads.

This feature helps reduce manual editing by allowing the platform to generate content that already matches your preferred style of writing.

Before adjusting your writing style preference, make sure:

Your writing style can be updated at any time, either from Writing Style in the Brand Dashboard or directly during the content generation process.

Note: All accounts are set to Standard writing style by default. You can update this at any time if you prefer a different format.

RealEstateContent.ai offers three writing style options. Each style is optimized for social media performance while adjusting the structure and tone of the caption.

The Standard writing style generates captions in a natural, conversational format.

This style is the most commonly used and works well for general social media posts, balancing readability and engagement.

The Bullet Point style creates captions that are structured into clear, easy-to-scan sections.
​

This format is slightly chunkier and more structured, making it ideal for audiences who prefer quick, digestible information. It works especially well for tips, highlights, or informational posts.

The Long Form style generates longer, more detailed captions.

This format is ideal for users who prefer storytelling, deeper explanations, or more descriptive posts. Long Form captions provide additional context and detail while still remaining optimized for social media platforms.

Step 1: Log into your account

Step 2: Click Brand Dashboard on the left-hand navigation bar

Step 3: Click Writing Style

Step 4: Select your writing style

Locate the Writing Style dropdown menu.

Choose one of the following options:

You can also change your writing style while generating content using the Advanced Settings panel.

This is useful if you want to quickly adjust the writing style while generating content.

Step 1: Start generating content

Open your Content Calendar and begin the normal post generation process.

Step 2: Open Advanced Settings

During the generation flow, click Advanced Settings.

Step 3: Scroll to Writing Style and Select your style

Choose your preferred writing style:

Continue generating your post as usual.

Note: If you update the writing style here, the platform will automatically update your Writing Style settings in the Brand Dashboard as well, so you don’t need to change it in multiple places.
