How can I control what background images are used for my content? I want to create a very specific look and feel.
You can control which background images are used by adjusting the Background Image Source in your Advanced Settings.
By default, this setting is set to “All”, which gives you the most variety by pulling from our entire image library. If you’re looking to create a more specific look and feel, you can change this setting to use:
Your Favorites folder, as long as you have a favorites folder created or
Any other custom folder you’ve created
This allows you to guide the style of your content while still letting the platform do the heavy lifting. Just keep in mind, changing the image source from 'All' may result in limited variety.
How does the “Contact Info” setting work?
The “Contact Info” setting, when toggled on, will automatically apply your contact variables (such as name, phone number, email, website, and team/brokerage name) to your designs. This ensures that your contact information is always included, making it easy for followers to reach out to you.
Can I customize my brand colors for automatic application?
Yes! When you toggle on the “Colors” setting, your brand colors will automatically be applied to your generated images.
You can click “Edit” to customize these colors and match your exact brand palette, helping ensure every post maintains a consistent, cohesive look and feel.
Pro tip: Our templates already include white and black, so we recommend using those two brand color fields for your accent colors to get the best visual results.
Will hashtags be automatically added to my posts?
Yes! If you toggle on the “Hashtags” setting, the platform will automatically include the hashtags from your hashtag bank at the end of each caption.
While most platforms allow up to 30 hashtags per post, using too many can increase the risk of your post being flagged as spam, particularly by Meta. Based on our experience, 3-10 hashtags tend to be the sweet spot for maximizing reach without overdoing it.
How can I ensure my posts always reflect my brand’s style?
By toggling on settings like Colors, Contact, Headshot, and Logo, you can ensure every post stays aligned with your brand’s style. These settings automatically apply your brand colors and contact details to each post, helping keep your content consistent, professional, and recognizable across all platforms.
How do I add or update my headshot or logo?
You can add or update your headshot and logo from your Persona and Brand settings.
Go to Persona and Brand
Scroll to Brand Settings
Under Headshot (or Logo), click Edit to upload or manage images in your headshot or logo bank
Once uploaded, these images can be automatically applied to your content using the corresponding toggles in your brand settings.
Pro tip: For the cleanest, most professional look, we recommend using transparent PNG files whenever possible. If your file isn’t transparent, you can also use the Background remover tool during the upload flow to remove the background after cropping your image.
