Quick Overview (What & Why)
This tutorial shows you how to schedule your content in RealEstateContent.ai. Scheduling allows you to choose exactly when your posts will publish, so your content goes live automatically—without you needing to be online.
Before You Start (Important!)
Before scheduling your content, make sure:
You are logged into your RealEstateContent.ai account
You are viewing your Content Calendar
You understand that all posts start as Unscheduled by default
Good to know: Every post is created as Unscheduled, so nothing will ever publish without you reviewing and approving it first.
Understanding Post Status Labels in the Calendar
From the Content Calendar, you’ll see different labels on your posts:
Unscheduled (Red): The post is not scheduled yet
Scheduled (Green): The post is approved and scheduled to publish
Posted (Green): The post was successfully published
Posting (Purple): The post is currently being published
Expired (Grey): The post was scheduled for a past date but did not publish
These labels help you quickly understand the status of every post.
How Scheduling Works (Important to Know)
All posts always land as Unscheduled first
Nothing will publish without your approval
You can schedule posts individually or all at once
Once a post is scheduled, it is locked in until it publishes
Option 1: Schedule Posts Individually
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open the Content Calendar
You’ll see all of your generated posts here
Step 2: Click into the post you want to schedule
Step 3: Review the post
Check the caption
Check the image or design
Make any edits if needed
Step 4: Confirm the publish date and time
You can see the date and time at the top of the post
You can change it directly at the top of the post, or
Drag and drop the post into a specific day on the calendar
Step 5: Click Schedule and Approve
This changes the post from Unscheduled to Scheduled
Once scheduled, the post is locked in and ready to publish on the chosen date and time.
Important Notes About Scheduled Posts
Scheduled posts cannot be edited
To make changes, click Unschedule Post first
After making edits, you can re-schedule the post
Expired posts:
If a post has expired, you can:
Move it to a future date
Re-schedule it as normal
Want to post immediately?
Click Post Now on the post to publish it right away
Option 2: Bulk Schedule All Unscheduled Posts
You can schedule everything at once if you’re ready.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: From the Content Calendar, find the Approve Content button in the top right corner
Step 2: Click the arrow next to the button
Step 3: Select Approve All
Step 4: Review the confirmation pop-up
Click Yes to schedule all unscheduled posts
Click No if you change your mind
All unscheduled posts will now be approved and scheduled.
Best Practice (Highly Recommended)
We strongly encourage reviewing your posts before scheduling.
AI handles about 90% of the heavy lifting, but it’s always professional to:
Quickly read captions
Confirm tone and wording
Make small personal tweaks if desired
This usually takes just a few minutes and ensures you’re confident in what’s being published.
