Quick Overview (What & Why)
Clearing your calendar is helpful if you want to remove old drafts, expired posts, or reset your plan before generating new content.
You’re always in control, and nothing is deleted without confirmation.
Before You Start (Important!)
Before clearing your calendar, make sure:
You are logged into your RealEstateContent.ai account
You understand which posts can and cannot be cleared
You know that deleted posts cannot be recovered
Important: Scheduled posts must be unscheduled before they can be cleared.
Understanding Post Status Labels in the Calendar
From the Content Calendar, you may see the following labels:
Unscheduled (Red): The post is not scheduled yet
Scheduled (Green): The post is approved and scheduled to publish
Posted (Green): The post was successfully published
Posting (Purple): The post is currently being published
Expired (Grey): The post was scheduled for a past date but did not publish
These labels help you understand which posts can be cleared.
How to Clear Your Entire Content Calendar
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Log into your account
Enter your email and password
Click Log In
Step 2: Open the Content Calendar
You’ll see all posts currently on your calendar
Step 3: Click Clear Calendar
This button is located below the topic bar
Step 4: Confirm your choice
A confirmation pop-up will appear
Click Yes to proceed
Click No if you’ve changed your mind
Important Rules About Clearing Your Calendar
Clearing the calendar removes all posts that are NOT scheduled
Posts in a Scheduled status will NOT be removed
Scheduled posts are locked in and ready to publish
To clear scheduled posts:
Click into each scheduled post
Click Unschedule Post
Once unscheduled, the post can be cleared from the calendar
How to Delete a Single Post Instead
If you only want to remove one post:
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Click into the post you want to delete
Step 2: Click Delete in the top-right corner of the post
Step 3: Confirm the deletion
Click Yes to delete
Click No if you change your mind
Please note: Once a post is deleted, there is no way to recover it.
Common Questions & Troubleshooting
Why didn’t all my posts clear?
Posts in a Scheduled status must be unscheduled first before they can be cleared.
Can I recover a deleted post?
No. Deleted posts are permanently removed.
Will clearing my calendar affect published posts?
No. Posted content is not affected.
