Posting immediately is helpful when you want something to go live right away instead of scheduling it for a future date.

Just like scheduling, nothing will ever publish without your approval.

Quick Overview (What & Why)

Posting immediately is helpful when you want something to go live right away instead of scheduling it for a future date.

Just like scheduling, nothing will ever publish without your approval.

Before You Start (Important!)

Before posting immediately, make sure:

  • You are logged into your RealEstateContent.ai account

  • You are viewing your Content Calendar

  • The post you want to publish is currently Unscheduled

Good to know: All posts start as Unscheduled, so nothing can publish until you approve it.

How to Post Immediately

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the Content Calendar

  • You’ll see all of your generated posts here

Step 2: Click into the post you want to publish

Step 3: Review the post

  • Read the caption

  • Review the image or design

  • Make any edits you’d like

Step 4: Click Post Now

  • This publishes the post immediately

  • The post will change to Posting while it’s being published

Step 5: Confirm the post status

  • Once published successfully, the post will show as Posted

What Happens After You Click “Post Now”

  • The post is published right away

  • You cannot edit the post once it’s published

  • The post will appear as Posted in your calendar

If the post does not publish successfully, it may show as Expired, and you can always move it to a future date and re-schedule it.

Common Questions & Troubleshooting

Will clicking “Post Now” schedule the post for later?

No. “Post Now” publishes the post immediately.

Can I edit a post after clicking “Post Now”?

No. Once a post is published, it cannot be edited.

What if I accidentally post something right away?

You’ll need to delete or edit the post directly on the social media platform where it was published.

Summary

You’ve now successfully published a post immediately in RealEstateContent.ai. Your content went live right away without being scheduled for a future date.
