Quick Overview (What & Why)
Setting a default posting time allows you to bulk-generate content with a consistent publish time (for example, 9:00 AM), so you don’t have to adjust the time on every individual post—while still keeping full control before anything goes live.
Before You Start (Important!)
Before changing your default posting time, make sure:
You are logged into your RealEstateContent.ai account
You understand that default settings apply to future content generation only
You know your preferred posting time and time zone
Good to know: Nothing is ever published without your approval. You can always change the date or time on any post before scheduling.
How to Change Your Default Posting Time
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Log into your account
Enter your email and password
Click Log In
Step 2: Open the Content Calendar
Step 3: Start generating content
Click into the top bar that says “What would you like your content to focus on this week?”
Type in a topic, or choose from Suggested Topics
Click Generate
Step 4: Review the generation options
A right-hand navigation panel will appear where you can choose:
The days of the month you want content generated for
Your post type
The platforms you want to generate content for
Step 5: Set your Default Posting Time
Below the calendar, you’ll see the time selector next to the days you’re choosing.
Adjust the time to your preferred posting time (for example, 9:00 AM)
This will automatically be saved as your default posting time.
All newly generated posts will use this time unless you update it in the future
How Default Posting Time Works
The default posting time is applied during content generation
It helps you bulk-set a consistent time across multiple posts
You do not need to manually change each post if you already have a preferred time
Important: Default posting time does not lock you in.
Changing the Time on Individual Posts
You can always adjust the posting time for any specific post.
Click into the post on your Content Calendar
At the top of the post, change the date and/or time
Then approve and schedule the post when ready
Nothing will publish without your approval—so you always stay in control.
Important Things to Know
Default Posting Time is saved automatically once set
You do not need to reselect it every time
Default settings apply to future generations only
Note: Changing your default posting time does not update posts that were generated previously.

Will this automatically publish my posts?
No. All posts must be reviewed and approved before publishing.
What if I change my mind after generating content?
You can change the time on any individual post before scheduling.
Do I need to reset this every time?
No. RealEstateContent.ai remembers your last saved Advanced Settings.
