Quick Overview (What & Why)

This tutorial explains how TikTok works inside RealEstateContent.ai, why it’s handled a little differently than other platforms, and how you can still create and schedule TikTok content if it’s part of your strategy.

RealEstateContent.ai integrates with:

  • Instagram

  • Facebook

  • LinkedIn

  • X

  • Blogs

  • Go High Level

  • Canva

  • TikTok

While TikTok isn’t part of the AI generation flow, you can absolutely publish to TikTok by connecting your account and scheduling your video content directly inside the platform. There are several easy ways you can use RealEstateContent.ai to schedule content to TikTok.

Option 1: Repurpose an Existing Video Post for TikTok

This is a great option if you want to:

  • Maintain a presence on TikTok

  • Reuse content you’ve already generated

  • Keep things simple

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the Content Calendar

Step 2: Click into a generated video post

  • This will likely be an aesthetic b-roll video with a hook

Step 3: Click Duplicate (top-right corner of the post)

  • This creates a copy of the post

Step 4: Change the platform to TikTok

  • In the top-left platform selector, change the platform to TikTok

  • De-select the original platform so this post is dedicated to TikTok only

Step 5: Make TikTok-specific edits (recommended)

  • Shorten the caption by clicking Edit Caption

  • TikTok captions are typically shorter and less important than the video itself

Step 6: Open TikTok Settings (right-hand navigation bar)

This section only appears when TikTok is selected.

Here you can set:

  • Post privacy

  • Whether viewers can comment, duet, or stitch

  • Whether to Disclose video

    • Toggle ON if the video promotes goods or services (yourself, a third party, or both)

Step 7: Approve and schedule the post

Option 2: Upload Your Own Video to Schedule to TikTok (Most Recommended)

This option is ideal if you:

  • Are already recording your own videos

  • Feel comfortable on camera

  • Want the strongest possible TikTok performance

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the Content Calendar

Step 2: Click the day you want to post

  • Click More Options

Step 3: Select Upload Your Own Content

  • A blank post will appear

  • Platform defaults to Instagram (top left-hand corner)

Step 4: Change the platform to TikTok

  • Or select TikTok alongside other platforms if desired

Step 5: Upload your video

  • Click Upload Your Own Media

  • Upload a fully edited, ready-to-publish video

Important:

Videos cannot be edited inside RealEstateContent.ai, so make sure your video is final before uploading.

Recommended format:

  • Vertical orientation (not horizontal)

Step 6: Write your caption

  • Click into the caption field and add your text

Step 7: Open TikTok Settings

  • Set privacy, comment/duet/stitch options

  • Toggle Disclose video if applicable

Step 8: Approve and schedule

Option 3: Create a Video Using the Editor (Aesthetic B-Roll)

You can also create TikTok content using the Editor.

What Is an Aesthetic B-Roll Video?

An aesthetic b-roll video is:

  • A short, visually pleasing video clip

  • Often background footage (homes, lifestyle, city shots, movement)

  • Paired with a simple text hook over top

This type of content:

  • Helps maintain a presence on TikTok

  • Is lower effort

  • Is not designed for viral performance

How to Do This

  • Create a blank post via More Options and Upload Your Own Content

  • Click Edit Design

  • Choose a video from the Editor’s video library

  • Add your own text or hook

  • Save, set TikTok settings, and schedule

Setting Expectations

TikTok is a high-effort, high-reward platform.

For most real estate professionals:

  • TikTok virality is not required to run a successful business

  • TikTok does not need to be a lead-generation priority

  • Posting occasionally to stay visible is often more than enough

  • If TikTok is not a platform you are comfortable with or have experience with, that’s okay!

RealEstateContent.ai gives you options, not pressure.

If TikTok is part of your strategy — great.

If it’s not — that’s perfectly fine too.

Summary

You’ve now learned how TikTok works in RealEstateContent.ai and how to create or schedule TikTok posts using multiple approaches. Whether you repurpose existing videos, upload your own content, or use aesthetic b-roll, you can post to TikTok in a way that fits your comfort level and goals.
