This tutorial shows you how to generate new content topics in RealEstateContent.ai so you never have to wonder what to post next.
You can:
Type in your own topic ideas, or
Use Suggested Topics to instantly generate 30 content ideas tailored to your Persona
Before You Start (Important!)
Before generating content topics, make sure:
You are logged into your RealEstateContent.ai account
You are working from the Content Calendar
You understand which Persona you want the topics to be based on
Good to know: Suggested Topics are tailored to your Persona, including location, niche, and audience, etc.
How to Get New Content Topics
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open the Content Calendar
Step 2: Click the top field that says
“What would you like your content to focus on this week?”
From here, you have two options.
Option 1: Type in Your Own Topic
Type anything you’d like to create content about
This works for:
Real estate topics
Personal brand topics
Lifestyle or local content
And more!
Tip:
If you want non–real estate-related topics, this is a great option.
Option 2: Use Suggested Topics
Step 3: Click on the suggested topic bar
The platform will instantly generate and display 20 suggested topics
Topics are tailored to your selected Persona
Click the topic you’d like to use to generate content around
These topics are based on:
Your location
Your niche
Your ideal clients
Real estate trends
Changing the Persona for Topic Ideas
If you have more than one Persona set up:
Step 4: Click the red Personas dropdown located to the right of “Suggested topics for” at the top of your Suggested Topics list.
Step 5: Select a different Persona
The Suggested Topics will now reflect that Persona instead.
Important:
You must have more than one Persona created to switch between them.
Refreshing Topics
To replace your suggested topics with new ones:
Click the red More Topics button located to the right of your Suggested Topics list (there is also a More topics button at the bottom of your Suggested Topics list too
Suggested Topics will refresh automatically every 7 days
You can repeat this as many times as you’d like.

If your topics start feeling repetitive or outdated, it’s usually a sign that your Persona needs a refresh.
