You can create as many Personas as you need.
Before You Start (Important!)
Before creating multiple Personas, make sure:
You are logged into your RealEstateContent.ai account
You understand the different audiences you want to create content for

What Is a Persona?
A Persona tells the AI:
Who your ideal audience is
What they care about
How the content should sound
Each Persona can represent:
Buyers
Sellers
Agent recruitment
Property management or leasing
Different cities or locations you serve
And more!

How to Create a New Persona
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Log into your account
Step 2: Click Persona & Brand on the left-hand navigation bar
Step 3: At the top, click the Persona dropdown
Most users will see their Default Persona selected
Step 4: Scroll down and click Create New Persona
Step 5: Name your Persona

Buyer Content
Seller Content
Agent Recruitment
Property Management
Click Update to create the Persona.
Step 6: Fill out the Persona profile
A brand-new, blank Persona will appear
Complete all Profile Questions
Set up Brand Settings for this Persona
Important:
Leaving profile questions blank will cause the Persona to be incomplete and not appear throughout the platform.
Step 7: Click Save and Start Generating
Your new Persona is now ready to use.

Inside the Editor for quick switching
You can switch Personas anytime while creating or editing content.

Can I create as many Personas as I want?
Yes. You can create multiple Personas for different audiences or goals.
Does each Persona connect to a different social media account?
No. Personas do not connect to different social media accounts.
They control content style and messaging, not account connections.
What do Personas affect?
Personas influence:

Messaging focus
Who the content is speaking to
They help the AI create appropriate content — not manage multiple social profiles.
Can I delete a Persona?
Yes. You can delete a created Persona by clicking the Settings (gear) icon next to the Persona (under Persona & Brand) and selecting the trash can icon.
Note:
You cannot delete the Default Persona. Every account includes one Default Persona.
