You are certain you no longer need the Persona
Important:
Deleted Personas cannot be recovered.
How to Delete a Persona
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Log into your account
Step 2: Click Brand Dashboard on the left-hand navigation bar
Step 3: Open the Persona Info dropdown
At the top of the page, click the Persona dropdown
Click the trashcan beside the persona name you'd like to delete
The Persona will be permanently removed.
Important Things to Know
Deleted Personas cannot be recovered
Deleting a Persona does not affect your Default Persona
The Default Persona cannot be deleted
The Default Persona exists so every account always has at least one usable Persona.
