Quick Overview (What & Why)
Create content for multiple target audiences in RealEstateContent.ai — such as buyers, sellers, and agent recruitment — without confusing the platform or your audience.
If you:
Work with buyers and sellers
Recruit agents to your team
Offer property management or leasing
Serve clients in multiple locations
You can absolutely create content for all of them.
Before You Start (Important!)
Before creating content for multiple audiences, make sure:
You are logged into your RealEstateContent.ai account
You understand who your different target audiences are
Good to know:
The AI can only work with the information you give it — Personas and Topics are how you guide it.
There Are Two Ways to Do This (Best Results Use Both)
Option 1: Create a Persona for Each Target Audience
Personas tell the AI who you’re speaking to.
Examples of Personas you might create:
Buyers
Sellers
Agent Recruitment
Property Management / Leasing
Different cities or locations you’re licensed in
When you switch Personas, the AI changes:
Tone
Messaging
Priorities
Pain points it speaks to
How to Create a New Persona
Step 1: Log into your account
Step 2: Click Brand Dashboard on the left-hand navigation bar
Step 3: Click Persona Info
Step 4: Click the name of your currently selected Persona to open the dropdown, then select Create New Persona
Step 5: Name your Persona
Examples:
Buyer Content
Seller Content
Agent Recruitment
Property Management
Click Update to create it.
Step 6: Fill out the new Persona
A blank Persona profile will appear
Complete the Profile Questions
Complete the Brand Dashboard, including Persona Info, Brand Settings, and Writing Style
Step 7: Click Save and Start Generating
Your new Persona will now be available throughout the platform.
*Make sure you have filled out ALL profile questions, leaving questions blank will cause your Persona to not be complete, therefore not visible throughout the platform.
Where Your New Persona Will Appear
Once created, your Persona can be selected:
When using Suggested Topics
During the content generation flow
Inside the Editor for quick switching
Option 2: Match Your Topic to the Audience You Want to Reach
Topics tell the AI what you’re talking about.
Even without switching Personas, the topic you type in matters a lot.
Examples of Audience-Specific Topics
Buyer-focused topics:
“What to look for when upsizing your home”
“How to win a bidding war this year”
Seller-focused topics:
“Tips to stage your home to sell quickly”
“How to price your home to get top dollar”
Recruitment-focused topics:
“Why agents should join my team”
“What support new agents actually need”
When your Persona and Topic align, the AI produces the most relevant content.
Best Practice (Highly Recommended)
For the best results:
Use different Personas for different audiences
Use clear, audience-specific topics when generating content
This allows you to:
Speak clearly to each audience
Avoid confusing buyers with recruiting content
Mix content intentionally on your calendar
Common Questions & Troubleshooting
Will this confuse my audience?
No — as long as you’re intentional. Most successful agents post a mix of content.
Do I need to create a Persona for every audience?
Not required, but recommended for best results.
Can I switch Personas often?
Yes. You can switch Personas anytime while generating or editing content.
Can I delete a Persona?
Yes. To delete a Persona, go to Brand Dashboard > Persona Info. Click the gear icon beside the Persona name, then select the trash can icon. If you want to delete a different Persona than the one currently showing, click the Persona name to open the dropdown, select the Persona you want to delete, then click the gear icon. Note: you cannot delete a Default Persona — all accounts come with it.
Summary
You’ve now learned how to create content for buyers, sellers, and recruiting in RealEstateContent.ai. By using Personas and choosing the right topics, you can easily speak to multiple audiences — all from one platform.
