Renaming a Persona is helpful if:
Your business focus changes
A Persona’s purpose evolves (for example, from “Buyers” to “Luxury Buyers”)
You want clearer organization when working with multiple Personas
Before You Start (Important!)
Before renaming a Persona, make sure:
You are logged into your RealEstateContent.ai account
You know which Persona you want to rename
Important:
Every account includes a Default Persona, which cannot be renamed or deleted.
How to Rename a Persona
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Log into your account
Step 2: Click Persona & Brand on the left-hand navigation bar
Step 3: Open the Persona dropdown
At the top of the page, click the Persona dropdown
Select the Persona you want to rename
Step 4: Open Persona settings
Click the Settings (gear) icon to the right of the selected Persona
Step 5: Update the Persona name
A pop-up window will appear
Edit the Persona name in the text field
Step 6: Save the new name
Click the red Update button
Your Persona name will now be updated across the platform.
Important Things to Know
You cannot rename the Default Persona
You cannot delete the Default Persona
Many agents use only the Default Persona, which is why it’s fixed
Other Personas can be renamed anytime.

Why can’t I rename the Default Persona?
The Default Persona exists to support users who only need one Persona. It’s intentionally fixed and always available.
Will renaming a Persona affect my content?
No. Renaming only changes the label — your Persona details remain the same.
Can I rename a Persona more than once?
Yes. You can rename Personas anytime.
