Contact information
Your DRE # or license number
Any consistent message you want on every post
Before You Start (Important!)
Before adding a footer, make sure:
You are logged into your RealEstateContent.ai account
You know what text you want included at the end of every caption
You understand that the footer can be edited or turned off at any time
Good to know: The footer integrates naturally with AI-generated captions, so it won’t feel pasted on or out of place.
Adding a Footer from the Brand Dashboard
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Log into your account
Go to www.realestatecontent.ai
Enter your email and password
Click Log In
Step 2: Open Brand Dashboard
From the left-hand navigation menu, click Brand Dashboard
Step 3: Open Writing Style
Click Writing Style
Step 4: Set up your footer
Find the Footer section. Toggle it on, then click into the text box and type your footer text. Your changes save automatically — watch the preview on the right to see exactly how it’ll look.
How to Make Sure Your Footer Applies to Generated Captions
Step 1: Open the Content Calendar
Step 2: Type in a topic and click Generate
Step 3: On the right-hand panel, scroll to Advanced Settings
Step 4: Make sure Footer is toggled ON before generating

Can I change my footer later?
Yes. You can edit or update your footer at any time from the Brand Dashboard.
Will the footer look separate from the caption?
No. The footer integrates seamlessly with the AI-generated caption and appears naturally at the end.
Can I turn the footer off for certain posts?
Yes. You can toggle the Footer off in Advanced Settings before generating a post if you don’t want it applied OR you can simply click ‘Edit Caption’ on any generated caption, to remove or edit the footer on a specific post.
