This tutorial shows you how to add a footer to your captions in RealEstateContent.ai. A footer is a piece of text that is automatically added to the end of every generated caption, seamlessly blending with the AI-written content.
Footers are the perfect place to include details such as:
A personal call to action
Contact information
Your DRE # or license number
Any consistent message you want on every post
Before You Start (Important!)
Before adding a footer, make sure:
You are logged into your RealEstateContent.ai account
You know what text you want included at the end of every caption
You understand that the footer can be edited or turned off at any time
Good to know: The footer integrates naturally with AI-generated captions, so it won’t feel pasted on or out of place.
Adding a Footer from Persona & Brand Settings
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Log into your account
Go to www.realestatecontent.ai
Enter your email and password
Click Log In
Step 2: Open Persona & Brand
From the left-hand navigation menu, click Persona & Brand
Step 3: Scroll to Brand Settings
Scroll down until you see the Brand Settings section
Step 4: Edit your footer
Find the section labeled Footer
Click Edit next to “Add footer to your post(s)”
Step 5: Enter your footer text
You can add anything you’d like, such as:
A specific call to action
Your contact information
Your DRE # or license number
A short branded sign-off
Step 6: Save your footer
Click Save to store your footer
Step 7: Turn your footer on
Toggle Footer ON to ensure it’s added to your generated captions
How to Make Sure Your Footer Applies to Generated Captions
Step 1: Open the Content Calendar
Step 2: Type in a topic and click Generate
Step 3: On the right-hand panel, scroll to Advanced Settings
Step 4: Make sure Footer is toggled ON before generating

Can I change my footer later?
Yes. You can edit or update your footer at any time from Persona & Brand settings.
Will the footer look separate from the caption?
No. The footer integrates seamlessly with the AI-generated caption and appears naturally at the end.
Can I turn the footer off for certain posts?
Yes. You can toggle the Footer off in Advanced Settings before generating a post if you don’t want it applied OR you can simply click ‘Edit Caption’ on any generated caption, to remove or edit the footer on a specific post.
