Before You Start (Important!)
Before adding hashtags, make sure:
You are logged into your RealEstateContent.ai account
You have a list of hashtags you want to use
You understand that hashtags can be edited, removed, or turned off at any time
Good to know: Hashtags are applied automatically, but you always stay in full control.
Adding Hashtags from Persona & Brand Settings
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Log into your account
Go to www.realestatecontent.ai
Enter your email and password
Click Log In
Step 2: Open Persona & Brand
From the left-hand navigation menu, click Persona & Brand
Step 3: Scroll to Brand Settings
Scroll down until you see the Brand Settings section
Step 4: Edit your hashtags
Find the section labeled Hashtags
Click Edit next to “Add hashtags to your post(s)”
Step 5: Enter your hashtags
Enter your hashtags one by one
Stick to fewer than 30 hashtags for best results
Hashtag Tips:
Avoid very vague hashtags like #home or #realestate
Avoid extremely specific or long hashtags
Focus on location-based, niche, or audience-relevant hashtags
Step 6: Save your hashtags
Click Save to store your hashtags
Step 7: Turn your hashtags on
Toggle Hashtags ON to ensure they’re added to your generated captions
How to Make Sure Your Hashtags Apply to Generated Captions
Step 1: Open the Content Calendar
Step 2: Type in a topic and click Generate
Step 3: On the right-hand panel, scroll to Advanced Settings
Step 4: Make sure Hashtags is toggled ON before generating
Editing or Removing Hashtags on a Specific Post
You are always in control of your captions.
You can toggle Hashtags OFF before generating a post if you don’t want them included
You can click into any generated post and select Edit Caption to tweak, remove, or change hashtags for that specific post
This allows you to customize captions without affecting your saved hashtag list.
Common Questions & Troubleshooting
Can I change my hashtags later?
Yes. You can edit your hashtag list at any time from Persona & Brand settings.
Do I have to use hashtags on every post?
No. You can turn hashtags on or off in Advanced Settings for each post.
Why shouldn’t I use vague or overly specific hashtags?
Very broad hashtags are crowded, and extremely specific ones aren’t searched. Balanced, relevant hashtags perform best.
