Quick Overview (What & Why)

This tutorial shows you how to regenerate a caption in RealEstateContent.ai using AI.

Regenerating a caption is helpful when:

  • You want a different tone or length

  • The caption is close, but not quite right

  • You want to personalize (or depersonalize) the message

  • You want the AI to rewrite it using specific instructions

You can regenerate captions as many times as you’d like.

Before You Start (Important!)

Before regenerating a caption, make sure:

  • You are logged into your RealEstateContent.ai account

  • You are viewing the Content Calendar

  • You have generated content with a caption

Good to know:

Nothing is published automatically. You’re always in control.

How to Regenerate a Caption

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the Content Calendar

Step 2: Click into the post you want to update

  • A pop-up will appear showing the post details

  • The caption will be displayed in the center under “Caption”

Step 3: Click Regenerate this caption

  • This button is located under the caption on the right side

Choose How You Want to Regenerate the Caption

After clicking Regenerate this caption, you’ll see several options.

Quick Regeneration Options

You can choose to:

  1. Make the caption shorter

  2. Make it more personal

    • Uses more of your Persona profile details

  3. Make it less personal

    • Uses fewer or none of your Persona profile details

Select one, and the AI will instantly regenerate the caption.

Ask the AI to Do Something Specific

If you want more control:

Step 4: Use the Ask AI to do something special text field

Type exactly what you want the AI to do.

Examples

  • “Shorten this into an X / Twitter post”

  • “Make this 5 sentences or less”

  • “Remove emojis”

  • “Avoid using a specific word”

  • “Rewrite this as bullet points”

  • “Make this sound more casual”

Click Regenerate, and the caption will update using your instructions.

Important Tip (Highly Recommended)

Regenerating a caption also regenerates the copy on the design to match your updated caption.

If you’ve already manually edited your slide copy and want to keep those changes, simply uncheck the Regenerate Slide Copy box before clicking Regenerate.

Best practice:

Finalize your caption before editing your design to save time.

Important Things to Know

  • You can regenerate captions unlimited times

  • There is no penalty for regenerating

  • Regenerating does not publish the post

  • You can still manually edit the caption afterward

Common Questions & Troubleshooting

Does regenerating change my posting schedule?

No. Regenerating only affects the caption and design copy.

Summary

You’ve now learned how to regenerate a caption in RealEstateContent.ai. Use regeneration to quickly refine tone, length, and messaging until the caption feels exactly right.
