Before You Start (Important!)

Before updating your credit card, make sure:

  • You are logged into your RealEstateContent.ai account

  • You have your new credit card information available

  • You understand that billing updates are handled securely through Stripe

Good to know: RealEstateContent.ai does not store your credit card details. All billing updates are managed through Stripe, our secure payment provider.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Log into your account

Step 2: Open Settings

  • From the left-hand navigation menu, click Settings

Step 3: Open Subscriptions / Billing

  • Under Settings, click Subscriptions / Billing

Step 4: View your payment information

  • Under Subscription Details, click View Payment Information

Step 5: Update your billing details

  • You will be redirected to a secure Stripe page

  • Update your credit card or billing information as needed

  • Save your changes on the Stripe page
