Before updating your credit card, make sure:
You are logged into your RealEstateContent.ai account
You have your new credit card information available
You understand that billing updates are handled securely through Stripe
Good to know: RealEstateContent.ai does not store your credit card details. All billing updates are managed through Stripe, our secure payment provider.
Updating Your Credit Card Information
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Log into your account
Enter your email and password
Click Log In
Step 2: Open Settings
From the left-hand navigation menu, click Settings
Step 3: Open Subscriptions / Billing
Under Settings, click Subscriptions / Billing
Step 4: View your payment information
Under Subscription Details, click View Payment Information
Step 5: Update your billing details
You will be redirected to a secure Stripe page
Update your credit card or billing information as needed
Save your changes on the Stripe page

Why am I taken to another page to update my card?
Billing is handled securely through Stripe. This keeps your payment information protected.
Will my subscription be affected when I update my card?
No. Updating your credit card simply replaces your existing payment method and keeps your subscription active.

Yes. You can update your credit card information whenever you need to.
