Quick Overview (What & Why)
You can change your password at any time from inside your account, or reset it from the login screen if you’re unable to log in.
Before You Start (Important!)
Before resetting your password, make sure:
You know whether you can currently log into your account
You have access to the email address associated with your account
Your new password meets the security requirements (outlined below)
Option 1: Resetting Your Password While Logged In
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Log into your account
Enter your email and password
Click Log In
Step 2: Open Settings
From the left-hand navigation menu, click Settings
Step 3: Open Subscriptions / Billing
Under Settings, click Subscriptions / Billing
Step 4: Find the Password section
Scroll down until you see the Password section
Step 5: Click Change Password
Click Change Password
Step 6: Enter your new password
Type your new password
Re-type it under Verify Password
Password Requirements:
Your password must include:
At least 8 characters (letters and/or numbers)
At least one capital letter (for example: A, B, X)
At least one number (for example: 1, 5, 9)
At least one symbol (for example: !, @, #, $)
Step 7: Reset your password
Click Reset Password to save your new password
Option 2: Resetting Your Password If You Can’t Log In
If you’ve forgotten your password and can’t access your account:

Step 1: Go to the login page:
Step 2: Click Forgot your password?
Step 3: Enter the email address associated with your account
Step 4: Check your email inbox
Look for the password reset email
Be sure to check your spam or junk folder
Step 5: Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password

Check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still not there, wait a few minutes and try again.

You can change your password anytime.
