You don’t need to be a writer. You can:

Let the AI expand it into a full caption
Fine-tune it to perfect it
No more staring at a blank screen.
Before You Start (Important!)
Before generating a caption, make sure:
You are logged into your RealEstateContent.ai account
You are working from the Content Calendar
You know which day you want to create a post for
Good to know: Nothing will publish without your approval. You stay in control the entire time.
How to Get Help Writing a Caption (From Scratch)
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Log into your account
Enter your email and password
Click Log In
Step 2: Open the Content Calendar
Step 3: Choose a day to create a post
Click into the calendar day you want to create a post for
Click More Options in the top-right corner of that day
Step 4: Start a blank post
Scroll down and click Upload Your Own Content
This creates a completely blank post
You’ll notice:
The caption field is empty
It’s ready for you to type anything you want
How to Use AI to Write or Improve Your Caption
Step 5: Write anything to get started
Type a sentence or a few rough lines
This can be messy — that’s okay
Example:
“Just listed a new home in the area and excited to share.”
Step 6: Enhance your caption
Click Enhance your caption (top-right above the caption field)
The AI will:
Take what you wrote
Expand it into a complete, polished caption
How to Fine-Tune the Caption
Not quite right yet? No problem.
Under the generated caption, click Regenerate this caption and choose from:
Make shorter
Make more personal
Uses more of your profile bio details
Make less personal
Uses fewer of your profile bio details
Ask the AI to Do Something Specific
You can also give the AI custom instructions.
Use the Ask AI to do something special text field
Tell it exactly what you want
Examples:
“Make this shorter for an X (Twitter) post”
“Use fewer emojis”
“Avoid certain words”
“Make this sound more professional”
Click Regenerate, and the caption will update using your instructions.
Finish Your Post
Once you’re happy with the caption:
Add media
Upload your own photo or video, or
Open the Editor to create a design
Choose platforms
Use the platform selector in the top-left corner
Approve and schedule
Click Approve and Schedule when ready
Nothing will publish without your approval.
Important Things to Know
You don’t need to write a perfect caption to start
The AI works best when you give it something to work with
You can regenerate captions as many times as you want
